About the Travelodge Edinburgh Haymarket Hotel, Edinburgh
Set in a listed Georgian building just a mile west of the city centre, this Travelodge is perfect for stags who want a quieter night-time base to recharge between activities. You can use Haymarket station, which is just half a mile away, and it’s on the main tram and bus route from the airport (5.5 miles away). To get into the centre, you can hop on and off buses and trams along Princes Street, home to the famous castle on a rock, and the main artery of this lively city.
This Travelodge has a Bar Café, which serves up well priced hot food until 10pm – choose from classics like steak and ale pie, burgers, pizzas and nachos.
Facilities
Each room has an en-suite shower/bath and WC, a TV, toiletries, and tea and coffee making facilities. Hairdryers and irons are available at reception, where you can also store valuables.
The hotel is centrally heated and smoking is not allowed. Reception is open 24 hours a day. WiFi is free for the first 30 minutes everyday, and payable after that.
